Refund policy

All sales are Final. We will only replace orders that are inaccurate or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or your product seems to be defective please contact customer service at melanauraskin@gmail.com

Damaged Products:

If your item arrives damaged, please send an email to melanauraskin@gmail.com.  Please include your name, order/invoice number, and images of the damages.  

Lost/Stolen Package:

If you have not received your packaged or it is stolen, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim. Once the claim has been filed please update us with claim number and we will send out a replacement.

 

Products Not Working

 Finding a skincare regimen that works for “Your” skin is a process. 

  • Please note that it can take up to 90 days to see the visible positive effects of a new skin care regimen. In addition, you may experience a break out during the acclimation period within the first 30 days which is typical and normal. 
  • You must have given the products at least 90 days of consistent use before requesting a different solution. 
  • Customer can email us within 7 days after the 90 days of use and we will assist you in finding an alternative solution at a complimentary discount rate. 

Adverse Reactions

If a reaction occurs, please contact your physician immediately. Once you have consulted a physician please contact us with your before and after picture at melanauraskin@gmail.com

Limitation of Liability

Melanaura Skin shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, interpretation or misinterpretation of product benefits or the performance of the products, even if MelanAura Skin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
